For this reason, we have set up a clear and easy return policy.
Return Policy
TRONA items are custom-made and personalized based on the client’s specific requests, therefore returns of purchased items are not permitted.
We are committed to ensuring that every product meets the highest quality standards and is made according to the agreed specifications. However, in case of manufacturing defects or errors in personalization, we invite customers to contact our customer service to evaluate the situation and find the best solution together.

Proper Use and Liability
The company does not guarantee the proper or improper use of its products and is exempt from any liability arising from non-compliant or negligent use. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where minors use the products without appropriate supervision, which remains the sole responsibility of parents or their guardians. We strongly recommend adult supervision during the use of TRONA products.
The products, such as the armchair and the mattress, are exclusively designed for use as sun loungers, both in and out of the water. Any other use beyond the intended purpose is entirely the responsibility of the user, their legal representative, guardian, or person responsible for supervision.
TRONA USA LLC assumes no responsibility for improper or non-compliant use of the products, nor for uses that are not reasonably foreseeable or that result from inadequate information provided by the user.
What should I do if my item is defective?
If the product has a defect, we suggest to contact us as soon as possible in order to solve the issue in the quickest and most efficient way.
What should I do if I received the wrong item?
If you received an incorrect item, we kindly ask you to return it as soon as possible, so we can proceed with the replacement in the shortest possible time.
