Conditions of Sale – TRONA

These general conditions govern the purchase of TRONA brand products, handcrafted in Italy by Bluestar Fashion Design di Tamburinelli Christian.

 

1. Products

All TRONA products are handmade with high-quality materials. Any slight variations in color, finish, or size are considered distinctive features of the product’s craftsmanship and not defects.

 

2. Prices

Prices are expressed in Euros and, unless otherwise indicated, exclude VAT and net of shipping costs, which will be calculated at the time of ordering.

 

3. Orders and Payments

The order is considered confirmed only upon receipt of payment.

 

4. Production and Delivery Times

TRONA products are made to order. Production and delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on the season, quantity, and customization requested.

 

5. Shipping

Shipments are made via selected couriers. TRONA is not responsible for any delays attributable to the carrier or force majeure.

 

6. Customizations

Customized products (colors, logos, dimensions) are made to the customer’s specific request and are not subject to the right of withdrawal.

 

7. Warranty

TRONA warrants its products against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, normal wear and tear, or lack of maintenance.

 

8. Responsibility

TRONA is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of the products.

 

9. Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the company’s registered office.
