WHAT ARE THE PRODUCTION/SHIPPING TIMES?
We’re always working to speed up our service; we know how important it is to receive your order as quickly as possible.
Production times are the result of the creation of completely customizable and handmade products, each item is made according to the customer’s needs and requests.
For this reason, the timing varies based on the period of receipt of the order:
APRIL – AUGUST: 25/30 working days
SEPTEMBER – NOVEMBER: 20 working days
DECEMBER – MARCH: 20/25 working days
For orders requiring urgent delivery, you can arrange and check availability by writing an email to info@trona.it .
Orders received during promotional sales may be subject to delays due to increased workload.

REGISTRATION ON THE SITE
Registration on the Buytrona.com website is free.
To create an account, the Customer must click “Register,” fill out the form with all the requested information, and submit it by clicking the “Submit” button. The Customer will receive a confirmation email from Buytrona.com containing the login credentials and a link that the Customer must click to complete and validate the registration.
